Merchandise Operations Supervisor

Executed merchandising and visual elements including pricing, signage, and home furnishing vignettes. Interpreted corporate directives to make sales floor layout adjustments and strike points displays. Led a team of 54 individuals (150 during holidays), oversaw inventory prep and drove merchandise placement on fixtures to back stock.
